We spent our Easter weekend at this accommodation and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast was great with a variety of options and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. we appreciated the free parking available near the property which made it easy for us to explore the city on foot.

We were disappointed that there was no option for still water, only carbonated water, which was not to everyone's taste. , the pillows were not comfortable and didn't quite serve their purpose.

I recently had a great city break at this hostel! the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with all of my needs, making my stay a breeze. the location was perfect for accessing all the main attractions and I loved that they offered a superb breakfast buffet to get me started for the day! the rooms were quiet and clean, with a great hot shower and good quality towels.

The location is great, as it is near the railway station, allowing easy access to the city center with just a 12-minute train ride. the proximity to the train station is convenient for those who want to explore nearby cities like Dortmund. the hotel is close to public transport, making it easy to get around the area.

The pillows provided in the rooms lacked proper filling, which may affect the quality of sleep for some guests. the hotel staff was responsive and promptly provided a second pillow upon request, addressing the issue in a satisfactory manner.

The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The hot shower had hot water all the time. The towels were perfectly clean and nice smelling. The beds were clean and the location was quiet. There was a good free parking spot available on the street.
